South Alabama Regional Planning Commission schedules job fair

The South Alabama Regional Planning Commission's 17th Annual Business Expo & Jobs Fair will take place at the Mobile Civic Center Expo Hall on Thursday, April 30 from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The annual Business Expo & Jobs Fair promotes the economy of our region by providing a venue to facilitate interaction between those seeking employment and companies and organizations seeking employees. The event also provides companies an opportunity to network with community leaders while marketing products and services. The Business Expo & Jobs Fair is an excellent outlet to showcase what our region has to offer.

Employers seeking workers will have the opportunity to meet with hundreds of applicants. Those seeking jobs can apply for the available positions and learn about training opportunities. Last year's event drew over ninety-five companies and over 3,200 job seekers from six states. This event that has grown to be the largest, most comprehensive jobs fair in the region.
