Outreach

Mobile Works partner with area schools and youth programs to provide training and career resources for our future workforce.

In addition to serving Out of School Youth, Mobile Works takes a proactive approach towards Mobile’s future leaders by sharing a wealth of information on training opportunities, job outlook and growth and other resources to prepare youth for the workforce.

Students further learn how to write a resume, complete a job application, dress for a job interview and tips on making a positive impression for prospective employers.

Mobile Works partners with high schools, youth groups and non-profit agencies. Additionally, staff serve on various advisory committees to lend support and inform partners of various programs and services to get their clients college and career ready. Some partners include:

Junior Achievement
Mobile County Public Schools System Career Technical Programs
B. C Rain High School
Vigor High School
Faulkner Career Technical School
